It is divided into sections with a heading explaining the subject (Status, Undelivered Goods, Cash on Delivery, etc).
Click on these to go directly to the part of the page giving the information you want to see.
DETAILS
The first part, always available and without a heading, giving the basic information concerning the shipment.
STATUS
Always available, gives the progress status of the shipment at any stage of the transport cycle, giving the status of the goods at the time of monitoring.
CASH ON DELIVERY
This section is available if there is a cash on delivery payment for the shipment in question and gives all the information as well as the means of collection and payment.
UNDELIVERED GOODS
This section exists if the shipment is or has been undelivered: it gives the reasons for opening the process and, if completed, how the process was closed.
If the shipment is still undelivered and the customer has a password it is possible to give Instructions to resolve it.
NOTES
Any special instructions concerning the collection and/or delivery of the goods such as closure periods, requested delivery dates, etc.
P.O.D. (Proof Of Delivery)
If the BRT P.O.D. has been stored in memory, it is possible to click on the button and see the image.
DPD
If the shipment was sent abroad using the DPT network it is possible to access the Track and Tracing services and view the Signature given on delivery.
Only regular customers (with a password) can view a Signature if they have activated the special service by requesting it.

The number and issue date of the document used for the delivery of the goods.

The date on which the shipment is in a certain status (stage)

Time

The time of day of the stage.

Branch
-
The branch that managed the shipment for that particular stage and for which it is liable.

Status
-
The situation of the shipment from when it has been collected from the sender to its delivery to the consignee. Statuses are ordered by day and time in which they happened with an indication of the Depot from which one can request further information.

Amount

The value, including currency, of the cash on delivery.

Means of payment

The means with which, in the delivery phase, the cash on delivery was paid to BRT, namely:
with a cheque made payable to the sender (bank cheque or bank draft) or in cash / cheque made payable to BRT.

Status

The situation of the cash on delivery at the time of monitoring, i.e. whether it has been cashed, is to be paid, has been paid, is pending, etc.

Means of remittance

If the cash on delivery has been paid, it indicates in which way BRT has remitted the cash on delivery to the sender, i.e. with a bank cheque or draft, drawing cheque, transfer, etc.

The number assigned to the undelivered shipment. It is made up of the Depot which opened the undelivered goods process (first 3 characters) and a number in order (7 characters)

The reason why the goods were not delivered and the undelivered goods process was opened.

Visible only if the sender has given instructions to resolve the undelivered goods process. The date on which the instructions were received.

Visible only if the sender has given instructions to resolve the undelivered goods process. The content of the instructions, i.e. delivery, re-routing or return.

Expenses charged

Visible only if the sender has given instructions to resolve the undelivered goods process. Indicates if the expenses incurred for the undelivered goods processes are to be charged and, if so, to whom (sender or consignee).

New Cash on Delivery

Visible only if the sender has given instructions to resolve the undelivered goods process. The amount of the cash on delivery, including the currency, which the sender has wanted to modify, cancel or enter.

Notes

Visible only if the sender has given instructions to resolve the undelivered goods process. The instructions in form of a note that we have received from the customer.

Date of closure
-
Visible only if the undelivered goods process has been concluded with one of the established means, thanks to instructions being sent. The date on which this happened.

SEND INSTRUCTIONS

Visible only if the sender has NOT given instructions to resolve the undelivered goods process. Click on this button to release the undelivered goods by sending instructions directly to the relevant Depot.

Visible only if the shipment has been delivered abroad using the DPD network and if the customer is authorized to use this service. Click on the image to see the consignee's signature on the delivery document.
